Deposit to hold reservation is
$300.00 Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card and American Express
accepted Loud noisy parties are not tolerated. Excessive noise will result in
immediate eviction and no refund will be given.
No smoking inside the cabin.
Pets are not allowed at the cabin. Violation of this policy will result
in immediate eviction without refund. Extra charges may also be assessed.
Do not rewire stereo components. Any required rewiring
will be at your expense.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. -- Check-out is at 11AM.
Early arrival or failure to vacate the premises on time will result
in a charge for an additional night’s stay.
Kathy's Kabins is not responsible for items left at the cabin at the end of stay.
If requested, we will attempt to return those items to the Guests at the
Guests’ expense, but there will be a $15 handling fee.
There is no refund due to inclement weather conditions,
lack of snow, too much snow, or other weather-related conditions.
For short periods of time, weather may cause an interruption services.
There is no refund for weather-related interruption of service.
Any damages, excessive cleaning, or other expenses incurred by renter
as a result of your stay will be debited from the card used for
reservation. Late
departures will be charged an additional night's stay. Charges will also be debited for additional people staying
at the cabins without Kathy's Kabins being notified first.
If you lock the keys in the cabin, a locksmith will be called and the cost
charged to you. If we are available to open the cabin ourselves, a $15 charge
will be assessed.
NOTE:
If we have to drain and clean the Hot Tub after your departure, due to improper
usage, not using chemicals as directed, etc, there will be a min charge of
$75.00 debited from your deposit.
Kathy's Kabins will not be held
responsible for any accidents caused by Renter (person signing Rental Agreement)
or a guest of said Renter.
If upon your arrival, you
find any discrepancies or any damages not caused by you, you are required to
advise Owner immediately, or you will be charged for the damages.
There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
